Cultural Center Commercial Kitchen Virtual Tour Descriptive Transcript

The first shot of the commercial kitchen is from the middle. Facing towards the main part of the building, there are double doors, which lead out to the demonstration kitchen and living room. To the right of the doors is a stainless steel counter with a sink. There is a walk-in freezer on the right wall, with a metal shelf with plates and other dishes to the left of the door. To the left is a wall separating two galley areas with stainless steel counters. In the back are food prep shelves and a cooler.

The second shot relocates to the dishwashing area. There are rubber mats on the floor and a stainless steel counter along the wall. There is a sink with a detachable hose. There are plastic dish crates under the counter. There is a dishwasher in the corner and a second sink adjacent. On the wall opposite from the stainless steel counter are metal shelves with stacks of white ceramic dishes including dinner plates, salad plates, bowls, teapots, and stainless steel water pitchers.

Adjacent is an icemaker and opposite the counter are shelves with large mixing bowls and other food preparation equipment. Along the back wall is a long set of drawers with a wooden top. To the left of that is a cooler. To the left of that is a back door. On the wall separating the cooler, there is a stainless steel counter, an industrial mixer, and a sink.
